Part of the mission of the Festival of Miles Foundation is to showcase our great sport at all levels and what better way to do that than to get as many children as we possibly can involved in the event! Also, what better way to get them hooked on running than to compete in front of thousands of fans and then stick around to watch some the best athletes in the world compete on the very same track they did!! With that in mind we offer a total of three races for children during the course of the evening.
Entry includes an official FOM shirt (while supplies last), chip timing and one entry into the “Festival of Miles.” Stay and watch the professional men try to break the 4-minute barrier and the professional women try to break 2 minutes in the 800!
Entry fee for spectators is $5.00 and proceeds go to the Festival of Miles Foundation and our athlete-in-need.
